The guys in Sugarplum Fairy are from the swedish town of Borlänge. The two frontmen/singers, Victor and Carl Norén, are younger brothers to Mando Diao's singer Gustaf Norén. The music can be described as Swedish britpop, the band being very strongly influenced by Oasis and the Beatles (to the point that you forget what band you're listening to). Sugarplum Fairy have never had a real breakthrough in Sweden, but the have a very large fanbase in Europe, especially Germany. The band consists of: - Kristian Gidlund on the drums.
